How To Analyse Your Thoughts

Happy new year to you all. Before celebrating new year let us examine what you went through last year.

Usually you are all full of thoughts.

For example you would’ve had 30 thoughts in 60 minutes in 24 hours for 365 days.If we calculate the total comes 1 crore 57 lakhs of thoughts !!!!!!

Now you will think like ” O My God, how did I carry this huge baggage of thoughts.? Am I mad”.

Yes , just thoughts have enslaved you last year. At this point of time you should start self discovery journey with me.please spend at-least half hour on this subject everyday this year.

Now I will explain 1st task you need to do. That is you have to count how many thoughts are appearing in your mind for 30 minutes.

If you go on counting every day automatically thoughts will reduce. Still you continue for a month or 2. As a result your unnecessary and irrelevant thoughts will reduce. Repetitive thoughts will stop.

Now you start doing 2nd task. That is observe the gap between one thought to another thought.continue watching between every 2 thoughts.

If you sincerely watch the gaps continuously you will start finding space in yourself. There will be a shift in your mind and body.This will remove the knots in your mind layer by layer.

You may even stop thinking and start talking to yourself….like this…..

” What I am thinking.. What for.. Why I am reacting to everything around me ? Why should I bother about neighbours…what happens in my street etc etc…wait what I am holding on to ??.”.. This self talking will give you awareness.

Thus this self talking and counting thoughts will enable you to start self discovery journey successfully. All your stress will be diluting.Now you will get good sleep. Having good sound sleep is equivalent to celebrating Life.
