Then why not we examine the intricacies of these two emotions. Well..we all assume that these emotions built up only in the mind..is it so ?
Then what exactly is mind?? Has any one given a definition..scientifically??
These dates and memories and feelings force us to live in insecure and stressful situations. This condition arouses breathing problem, high BP and nervous breakdown. Ok.. I will make it more clearer
The moment we become frightened breathing increases, simultaneously related negative memories grips the mind thereby pushing breathing more faster..body looses balance.. health gets affected..nervous breakdown..and so on.
So how to manage fear and Anxiety?? Life moves on with goals, desires, and expectations.. Thoughts keep piling up every minute. We are caught up in terrible race.
How to stop racing mind ??
Well..let me analyze.. Mind is nothing but a heap of data and collections of memories.
Solution is following self observation techniques.. Keep watching your own Thoughts ,feelings, actions etc continuously. This observation will enable you to focus on your breathing patterns Automatically breathing slows down body gets relaxed thereby fear and anxiety get reduced. If you repeat this observing pattern emotions gradually decrease and disappears.
